This is the worst exchange in the world. I sent my USDT (5 figures) in Polygon format from my Ledger just to convert to ERC-20 and send out. Their online chat has been unresponsive for 24.
Binance.US is the compliant app/company for tax reporting in the US. Binance.com on the other hand is not. The support team is completely useless
It has been 2 weeks since my first contact with support and to date I have received no contact whatsoever. Additionally every agent always end the chat with a flag that says “This issue has been marked as solved” when it clearly is not. To start trading I choose Binance because on YouTube everybody says for crypto trading Binance is the best platform but this couldn’t be true. This is a scamming company only. I sent $7,000 to my Binance wallet ETH address but still has not been received and it’s been more than 20 days.

But then I found out they do not support the merge and transferred out. It gave me an estimate of $8 and then charged me $25!!! Then fetch, estimated at $8, charged $16!!! Even after transferring it out I bought and transferred on coinbase just to check and the fee said estimate at $1.5 and came in at $1.6.

Then, a couple days later, they will respond to binance review trustpilot your email with a completely obvious rationalization, and condescending answer. By this time though, the problem has been resolved. They are condescending, completely irrelevant, and straight up lie to customers. I would stay far away from them. I have not seen this dramatic of a APY shift on any other wallet or exchange, over a 75% change in offered rewards, kind of like a bait and switch with no other warnings given. I also had to pay to transfer my tokens to your exchange for staking. So as a new crypto user, this is not inspiring confidence in your platform.

I am really sad and disappointed
I’m just so sick of these actions, if they can simply let me get my money out of their exchange, I’ll be gone for good. Offering incentives for reviews or asking for them selectively can bias the TrustScore, which goes against our guidelines. Binance US steal from you, stay away.
Today I actually got someone online after 20 minutes. Now I’m waiting endlessly for him to respond. I literally waited maybe an hour in the past and never got support. Then when the guy got in, he was slow as hell. That’s not good customer service, but at least maybe they’re not trying to rip me off and I can get into my account.

Disable account functions
Completely unresponsive and unhelpful. In general I am happy with the service, it is just bothering that it does not support reading my BTC wallet’s QR code. Binance has diversified popular services and very trusted to me. Transaction is super fast and trustworthy. For crypto wallet this is my first choice.
Contacting Payment Processors
A fraudulent company sets up and then changes the prices as if nothing happened. They told me that it was because of the decrease in value there, but the value will not decrease. The chart was modified by them, and then my money was stolen by them. I will not put money again in this fraudulent company.
Binance has solved a lot of issues for me in relation to crypto dealings. It is the main platform I use for p2p transactions. Although I have one restriction on my account. The benefits outweigh the downsides for me. My account withdrawal has been suspended for over 9 months now when I did nothing wrong. Everytime I complained to support, they gave me an excuse saying they will get back to me but never do.

They don’t allow me to withdraw my funds. Not getting enough offramp options on my platform.
